Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it. We will send you notification by email that your order has been received and that your order is being processed.

5. Price and payment

The prices will be quoted on this website on the Deals pages and in your order total. These prices exclude VAT, but may exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due if applicable. Taxes and Delivery Costs will be clearly marked in your order total.

Our website contains lots of Deals, and it is possible that some of the products may have incorrect or out-of-date prices. However, is under no obligation to ensure that the order is provided to you at the lower price, or to compensate you for any price differences, should these products not be available. We will not automatically provide substitute goods should the goods become unavailable for any reason, but you may contact us should you wish us to find a substitute good.

Payment for all orders must be made by the options offered, 1) Cash on delivery (COD) 2 Bank Transfer or Deposit direct to our bank as stated on this website. We will only accept cheques if you are a School or Public entity. Payment is due at the time of order.

We may accept promotional codes from time to time. A discount may apply to your order if you use a promotional code that is recognised by this website and endorsed by us.

6. Delivery

Once your order has been placed, processed, and paid for, we will commence the delivery process. If you wish to order from us and based outside our current delivery areas please contact us via our email or call us 07446433233.

Your order will be sent to our warehouse, where we will pick and pack your order ready for delivery by our chosen courier network. Please allow 24 hours for handling of goods.

Delivery time will depend on your location. Within the UK, most goods will be delivered within 2-4 working days of your purchase.

For age-restricted products, we will not deliver to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying a product/s as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, unfortunately our couriers will be unable to leave the products.

7. Complaints and right to cancel
